Mei HAN
Ms. Mei Han has extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, merger and acquisition, and general corporate matters in TMT, high-tech, biopharmaceutical, and entertainment sectors. She has represented institutional investors and startups at various stages of development, successfully handling more than one hundred financing deals totaling more than CNY 10 billion in proceeds. She is also experienced in advising clients on restructuring and employee incentive matters. She is proficient in both Chinese and English.
