Our services extend to asset services trusts, asset management trusts, and charitable trusts. In terms of asset services trusts, we provide services relating to family trusts, insurance trusts, and bankruptcy trusts, among others, spanning a broad range of high-caliber work, including designing schemes, conducting due diligence, drafting transaction documents, issuing legal opinions, negotiating transactions, managing post-investment issues, and mitigating risks.

We are actively involved in legal services for publicly offered infrastructure REITs, as of August 2025, we have provided services for 14 "initial listing" projects (including Boshi China Merchants Shekou Industrial Park REIT, CICC China Green Development Commercial Assets REIT ), two "follow-on offering" projects (including Boshi China Merchants Shekou Industrial Park REIT, China Asset Management CR Capital & Youchao Rental Housing REIT). We have also advised on the strategic placement of investors in many projects (such as the Redland Innovation Yantian Port Warehousing and Logistics REIT, ICBCCS Hebei Expressway Group Highway REIT). The underlying assets of the REITs cover a wide range of sectors such as consumption infrastructure, highway, industrial park, rental housing, railroad, port, IDC, municipal public infrastructure, subway, and new energy.
