We are actively involved in legal services for publicly offered infrastructure REITs，among which, CMSK IndPark REIT (including expansion funding), CCB Capital Zhongguancun REIT, Yuexiu Highway REIT, CICC China Railway Construction REIT, Huaxia Beijing Rental Housing REIT, ICBCCS Hebei Expressway Group Highway REIT, and Huaxia TBEA new energy REIT have been successfully issued. The underlying assets of the REITs cover a wide range of sectors such as consumption infrastructure, highway, industrial park, rental housing, railroad, port, IDC, municipal public infrastructure, subway, and new energy.
