Representative Matters
Ms. Dongping Liu started her research in competition law in 2004, mainly by engaging in comparative research regarding the EU and US competition laws as well as leading and participating in multiple research projects on legislation for the competition authorities in China
Since 2006, Liu has been providing consultation and legal services for corporate clients stemming from industries such as automobile, finance, pharmaceutical, retail channels, petrochemical, food, internet, water supply, power supply, energy etc.
As an attorney at law, Liu provides risk evaluation and solution for corporate clients regarding transaction structure, commercial strategy, business behaviors and compliance program; and represents corporate clients in cases regarding merger control filing, investigation under the merger control regime, investigation on monopolist agreement and abuse of dominant position as well as civil and administrative lawsuits. Liu is known for her expertise in terms of provision of strategic design and solution, especially when complicated and unsolved issues are involved
