Dispute Resolution Legal Services
Represented Jiangsu Nantong NO.2 Construction Engineering (Group) Co., LTD against a real estate company in a construction dispute case and won. This case was selected as one of the top ten typical cases of 2017 of the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme Court.
Represented China Metals Industry’s 13th Metallurgical Construction Co., Ltd. against Zenitek Group in a liability dispute case and won a perfect verdict. This case was selected as the top ten company trial cases in Jiangsu courts.
Represented project companies of China Resources Land in a claim dispute case and a construction contract arbitration case
Project Developing and Operations
Acted as lead counsel to Hongkong Land on its Xuhui Binjiang West Bund Financial City Project's development, construction, operation and management.
Act as the legal counsel for Shanghai Shentong Metro Group, giving legal advice on all metro projects under construction in Shanghai including metro construction, investment, operation and dispute-resolving with neighboring building owners.
Providing full-chain legal services for the commercial real estate projects of Bank of China Financial Center in Lingang, Haikou(EPC turnkey project).
Providing legal services throughout the construction phase to Alebund Pharmaceuticals for its Kidney Disease Drug R&D and Production Project in Yangzhou.
Providing retainer-based legal services to BILIBLI for the New Generation Industrial Park project
