Chunxian WENG
Ms. Weng graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2009 with a master's degree in international economic law. Ms. Weng started her career as a lawyer in 2010 and now works for Zhong Lun Law Firm Shenzhen Office. Since her career, Ms. Weng has been mainly engaged in legal affairs such as capital markets, investment and M&A, corporate governance, compliance and anti-corruption, and has rich experience in capital market business, investment and M&A. Ms. Weng's clients mainly include listed companies, large enterprise groups, and various professional investment institutions, providing comprehensive legal support for dozens of listings, fundraising, investment, M&A and restructuring of those clients.
