Peter Zhong’s practice areas cover cross-border M&A, cybersecurity & data compliance, antitrust & competition and general corporate matters.

Peter has multiple experience in various industries and sectors including communication and semiconductor, fin-tech, manufacturing, energy and chemistry, FMCG, etc. He has participated in a number of mega size cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures in relevant fields, and has also advised a number of highly renowned multinationals as well as China listed or private enterprises on their compliance matters on market entry, data protection, antitrust & competition law, advertising law, etc. Peter is good at providing professional and customized solutions for clients’ complex projects from his interdisciplinary backgrounds and insights and can use Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese) and English to provide high-quality legal services for domestic and overseas clients.
