March 28, 2012 - At the ALB China Awards ceremony held in Beijing, Zhong Lun Law Firm won the Award of “Real Estate Law Firm of the Year". It is the fourth time for Zhong Lun to be awarded this honor.
Meanwhile, the deal Disney joint venture for Development of Shanghai Disneyland, on which Zhong Lun advised as the sole PRC legal counsel, was awarded as “TMT Deal of the Year".
