Zhong Lun Law Firm is pleased to announce that the law firm has been ranked second with 12 nominations in separate practice areas in the PRC, according to the shortlists released by Chambers China Awards 2012 recently. The nominations went to the law firm’s 12 practice areas, namely, banking and finance, projects & infrastructure, real estate, capital markets: securitisation, derivatives & structured products, restructuring/insolvency, construction, tax, corporate/M&A, international trade, investment funds, technology, media, telecoms (TMT) and private equity.
Chambers China Awards 2012 will be held in Beijing on February 23, 2012, recognizing national and international law firms for their pre-eminence in key practice areas and notable achievements over the past year, including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.
