In order to promote corporate cultural of the firm and to strengthen team cohesion, establish effective communication channels, and build harmony teams, the firm’s Executive Committee has decided to have a “Happy Friday" party at 17:00-18:00p.m, on first Friday of each month. The first “Happy Friday" party was held in the meeting room on the 13th floor of Beijing office on August 10th, 2007.
In the party, Zhang Xuebing, the HR executive of the firm, welcomed and chatted with young lawyers and interns, especially those having birthdays in the month. The party is good social event that facilitates internal communications among lawyers and forms a relatively stable communication channel and platform for lawyers of different practice areas to know each other, and allows partners to feel pulse of the firm in its dynamic development.
