Recently, two partners, Ms. Kong Jiangnan and Mr. Wei Zhong, joined the International Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm which made our firm is much stronger.
Ms. Kong Jiangnan graduated from Peking University with LL.B degree and from Cambridge University with LL.M degree and from University of Windsor with J.D. degree. Ms. Kong was admitted to practice law in Ontario, Canada and New York State, U.S.A. Ms. Kong works in Beijing Office and mainly provides counsel in corporate matters, M&A, real estate, cross-boarder business and foreign investment.
Mr. Wei Zhong graduated from China Remin University with Ph.B. and LL.B and from University of Iowa with LL.B degree. Mr. Wei was admitted to practice law in China in 1993 and now is the especially engaged counselor of “Counselor Group for Overseas Chinese funded Enterprises" of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Counsel. Mr. Wei works in Beijing Office and mainly provides counsel in M&A, security, foreign investment and risk investment.
