Partner Xu Shengfeng Addresses 4th Annual Symposium of East Asian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring
From 2nd November to 4th November 2012, the 4th Annual Symposium of East Asian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring was held in Korea. Mr. Xu Shenfeng, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm Shenzhen Office, delivered a presentation in the symposium and also served as the commentator. Speakers and commentators in the symposium also included experts from China, Korea and Japan.
In his presentation, Mr. Xu introduced market withdrawal mechanisms of listed companies, analyzed the importance of the reorganization mechanism for optimization of resource allocation, carried out deep analysis and explanation on several representative cases, and shared a lot of practical experience. Mr. Xu Shengfeng also commented on a speech given by a Korean expert called Sun Jiashou about workout-a case study.
