Partner Niu Lei was Invited to Attend the Chinese House Counsel Annual Summit 2014
On 19th September 2014, LEB (Legal Executive Board), Wolters Kluwer and Beijing Arbitration Commission cohosted the Chinese House Counsel Annual Summit 2014 in Shanghai, which was attended by about 200 senior in-house legal counsels from world’s top 500 and domestic large enterprises. Niu Lei, as a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, was invited to attend the summit and give a speech about Impact on Enterprises due to Change of Arbitration Institutions and Rules. The summit held an extensive discussion in respect with the currently most-watched topic like antitrust, commercial arbitration, mergers and acquisitions.
With years of experience in foreign and domestic commercial arbitration area, Niu Lei made comprehensive analysis on the problem of impact on enterprise’s decision due to change of the arbitration institutions and rules, as well as the relevant arbitration regulations of Shanghai Free Trade Area, the Opinion of Shanghai Second Intermediate Court, and the latest practice of foreign arbitrations.
