Ms Julia Zhu Joins into Shanghai Office of Zhonglun as Partner
Recently, Ms Julia Zhu (Julia) joins into Shanghai Office of Zhonglun as partner. Before her joining, Julia has been working in Shanghai AllBright Law Offices as one of its senior partners for 14 years. Julia was also a member of the management committee and director of the Professional Committee of M&A in AllBright.
Julia practices as a PRC lawyer. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law, a master’s degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and an EMBA degree of finance from Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Julia’s work languages include Chinese mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Julia has profound practicing experience and distinguished professional proficiency in both domestic and Hong Kong capital market areas, covering business areas of securities in capital markets, M&A and PE investment. Julia has been providing long-term legal services including M&A, foreign investment and general corporate legal services for Hong Kong listed companies, by which she has achieved plentiful experience in providing cross-border legal services. Julia has provided legal services for quantities cross-border M&A that are in relation to Hong Kong listed companies covering real estate, infrastructure, environmental protection, new energy, medical and pharmaceuticals. She also have extensive experience in providing legal services for PE investment institutions.
