Partner Li Ya Invited by Foreign Governments to Attend International Business Summits and Deliver Speeches
When Taavi Roivas, the Prime Minister of Estonia, visited China, partner LI Ya of Zhong Lun Law Firm was invited by the Estonian Embassy and delivered a speech in respect of the legal issues in making cross-border cooperation agreements on the Sino-Estonian business cooperation seminar hosted by the Embassy on November 26, 2015. Estonia is one of the three Baltic republics and is a high-income country as ranked by the World Bank, and its economy has grown fast in recent years.
Before the aforesaid speech, Mr. LI Ya was also invited by the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea (IMELS) and delivered a speech in respect of the legal issues in the Sino-Italian business cooperation models in the environment protection sector on a conference hosted in Rimini, Italy, in early November 2015. Officials from the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea (IMELS) and the Chinese Ministry of Environment Protection and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attended the conference and delivered speeches, expecting more cooperation in innovation, manufacturing and service in the area of environment protection between China and Italy.
