Partner Philip Zhang of New York Office Elected as Fellow of American Bar Foundation (ABF)
Philip Zhang, the partner in New York office of Zhong Lun Law Firm, was recently elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (http://www.americanbarfoundation.org ).
The American Bar Foundation (ABF) was founded by the American Bar Association (ABA) in 1952, and though affiliated with the ABA, is an independent research foundation that sets its own research agenda.
According to the ABF: “The Fellows is an honorary organization of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who have been elected by their peers to become members of The Fellows. They have demonstrated outstanding achievements and dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession."
Philip Zhang is perhaps the first citizen of China to have been elected as a Fellow of the ABF.
