Partner Wilson Huo Attended 2016 China Internet Finance Summit and Delivered a Speech
On December 26th, 2015, 2016 China Internet Finance Summit was held in Beijing. The summit made a brief overview of the development of internet finance in 2015 and discussed a wide range of topics including the future path of internet finance in 2016, as well as the potential cooperation between internet finance and traditional finance.
Partner Mr. Wilson Huo of Zhong Lun Law Firm attended the summit and delivered a speech. In his speech, Wilson introduced four common types of disputes in the fields of internet finance as well as traditional finance, and further looked into the four trends of financial disputes, namely complexity, expansion, quantification and crowded disputes. In the summit, Wilson was appointed as “Distinguished Legal Counsel" by the Internet Loan Management Committee of the China Internet Finance Entrepreneurs’ Club.
