Partner Wilson Huo Delivers a Series of Speeches in the U.S. on China-related Dispute Resolution
Recently, for the purpose of offering the U.S. legal professionals an opportunity to develop a direct and comprehensive understanding of China-related dispute resolution and mechanism, as well as the practice and culture, Mr. Wilson Huo, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, delivered a series of speeches during his visit in the U.S.
Invited by the International Arbitration Club of New York, American University Washington College of Law, Columbia Law School, University of Virginia School of Law and other institutions, Wilson delivered speeches on “China-related Commercial Dispute Resolution: Now and the Future that You Should Know". Wilson offered a systematical overview of Mainland China’s current litigation and arbitration, mediation and other ADR regime and practice, shared its recent development, and explored the hot issues with the audience.
In addition, Mr. Huo attended the conference celebrating the American Arbitration Association’s 20th anniversary that was held in Miami and visited the New York International Arbitration Center and numorous prestigious law firms in New York and Washington D.C., during which he made small-scale presentations and had in-depth communications and view exchanges with the U.S. legal practitioners.
