From December 14th to 15th, 2017, the “New Finance Summit re Post-lending Risks and Non-performing Assets Management" was held in Shanghai. This summit attracted more than 400 professionals, who are from the Supreme People's Court, arbitration institutions, banking industry, assets management companies, and financial companies.
Mr. Wilson Wei Huo, a partner from Zhong Lun Law Firm, attended the summit as a guest speaker and delivered a keynote speech. Based on the current trends of banking and financing disputes under the new normal, Wilson shared with the audinence a typical asset-management case handled by his team, shed lights on how to prevent similar disputes, and further proposed advice such as the “Aribtration+" ideology. This speech was highly welcomed by the participants.
