Recently, Zhong Lun partner Ya Li gave a keynote speech titled “Case Analysis of State-owned Enterprises’ Risk Prevention Practice – Investment Risk and Prevention" at the 2023 Hubei State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises High-Quality Development Training Course, as invited by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Hubei Provincial People’s Government.
In the speech, Mr. Li elaborated on the forms and characteristics of legal risks that state-owned enterprises may be exposed to in investment, and recommended risk prevention measures through an analysis and deconstruction of practical cases. His speech was well received by the organizer and attendees, who showed great interest throughout the speech.
Furthermore, as a legal practitioner in the field of ESG and new energy, Mr. Li was appointed as Senior Legal Advisor to the Steering Committee of ESG & Carbon Neutral Investment of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
