The General Administration of Customs released an announcement on April 7, 2009 stating that the Customs ceased to impose anti-dumping duty on Acrylate ester originated from South Korea from April 9, 2009, while the anti-dumping duty on Acrylate ester originated from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia will continue to be effective for five years. China’s MOFCOM initiated the anti-dumping investigation on Acrylate ester originated from South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia on April 9, 2008. Zhong Lun law Firm represented LG Chem in this investigation.
