On May 26, 2009, Touchmedia announced the completion of Series C financing led by CDIB Capital in the amount of RMB100 million, despite challenges under the current economic situations. Touchmedia runs an interactive advertising service in taxis in China’s major cities, and previously completed two rounds of financing with Qiming Ventures, TLC Capital and Mustang Ventures as the key investors.
Zhonglun’s team, mainly comprised of Anthony Zhao, Jasper Zhang and Titia Guo, has acted as the PRC legal counsel for Touchmedia throughout all three rounds of financing and its corporate developments.
