Zhong Lun has advised client (as LP of PE) in transferring its interest of nearly US$ 200 million as held in Yun-feng E-commerce Funds and realizing its investment returns thereof successfully. This project is headed by Mr. LI Ya, partner in Beijing office, and fully supported by Mr. Victor PANG, partner in Hong Kong office and Mr. Phillip ZHANG, partner in New York office.
