Zhong Lun Advises GSIP on Successfully Listed Investments
On May 21, 2015, Baozun Inc., the leading brand e-commerce solutions provider in China, was listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. Previously Goldman Sachs Investment Partners (GSIP) led the Series C investment in Baozun. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC counsel to GSIP in such investment and Baozun’s subsequent red-chip restructuring. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao, and included Mona Hu, Ada Jiang, etc.
Anthony Zhao and Mona Hu also advised GSIP on several other investments, including: Tarena International, Inc., a leading provider of professional education services in China, which was subsequently listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market; and Grand Ocean Retail Group Limited, a leading Taiwan-invested retail group focusing on the mainland China, which was subsequently listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
