On 9 December 2015, Great Water Holdings Limited (Great Water) was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code 08196).
Great Water is principally engaged in the business of providing engineering services for wastewater treatment facilities in China, involving industries such as municipal wastewater treatment, food processing, textiles and chemical manufacturing.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as China counsel for the company and provided comprehensive legal services for the listing project. The Zhong Lun team was led by Shenzhen Office partners Ren Lifeng, Wang Xiuwei as well as Shuai Lina and Zeng Ge.
