On February 24, 2016, Keen Ocean International Holding Limited (“Keen Ocean") was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code 8070). Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as Keen Ocean’s PRC legal adviser. Keen Ocean is principally engaged in the design, development and sale of power supply products and other electronic parts and components, with its main products, including transformers and switching mode power supply, PCB assembly, battery charger, cable assembly, musical instrument and equipment, being sold in the PRC and to overseas countries including, the United States, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Australia.
