Zhong Lun recently advised the underwriting syndicate for China Vanke Co., Ltd (Vanke, SZ000002)’s bond issuance on September 5, 2008, which had been examined and approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission earlier.
The underwriting syndicate was led by CITIC Securities, which also served as the sponsor for the bond issuance. Zhong Lun’s team was led by our partner Ye Beicheng and included Zheng Xiaojin, Yuan Junkai, Xu Kai and Wang Wanjun.
Vanke, a leading real estate developer in China, intends to use the proceeds to supplement the current capital.
