Zhong Lun Advised Tencent on TME’s Spin-off and Separate Listing

Tencent Holdings Limited recently announced that the spin-off of Tencent Music Entertainment Group (NYSE: TME), the largest online music entertainment platform in China, and its listing on the New York Stock Exchange took place on December 12, 2018.
