On January 15, 2019, TR INTERIORS (the ‘’Issuer", stock code: 6162.HK) listed on Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in Red chips listing model, and Zhong Lun Law Firm had provided legal services in this offering. The Issuer’s PRC Law legal counsel team was leaded by Partner Kejun Guo, served by Partner Qiming Yao and Chen Jia, Associate Jiangmeng Zhu, Wenhao Ding, Yuan Wang and Nan Cui, while the Issuer’s Hong Kong Law legal counsel team was leaded by Partner Haowen Peng, served by Associates Shirley Chan, Benson Yee and Xinyuan Zhang and Trainee Solicitors Mia Kot, Tracy Wong, Chloe Yip and Freddy Wong.

TR INTERIORS is one of the leading manufacturers of heavy truck interior decorative products in the PRC. Its products primarily comprise a wide array of automotive interior decorative components and parts and to a lesser extent exterior decorative components and parts, which are designed to be installed on heavy trucks or passenger vehicles. It offers design and development solutions tailored to meet its customers’ specific requirements of automotive interior decorative products including functional specifications and appearance.
