Zhong Lun Law Firm Assisted Ankon in Winning Eight Patent Infringement Cases in the First Instance
Recently, Zhong Lun Law Firm successfully defended Ankon Technologies (Wuhan) Co., Ltd (“Ankon") in eight patent infringement cases raised by Chongqing Jinshan Medical Appliance Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Jinshan Science & Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. (collectively, “Chongqing Jinshan"), and Ankon won all the patent cases in the first instance. Specifically, Zhong Lun represented Ankon in fully invalidating six patents involved in six patent cases, and subsequently Chongqing Jinshan had to withdraw these six patent cases. For the other two patent cases, Chongqing No.1 Intermediate People’s Court just rendered the first-instance judgments favorable to Ankon, dismissing all the claims of Chongqing Jinshan.
