Zhong Lun Advised on Xiamen ITG Holding’s MOX Bonds Offering

On December 13, 2021, Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd. successfully completed its issue of guaranteed bonds in the aggregate amount of US$300 million under Regulation S on Chongwa (Macao) Financial Asset Exchange Co., Ltd. (MOX). In this offering, Luso International Banking Limited, Bank of China Limited’s Macau Branch and several other investment banks acted as the joint lead managers.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC counsel to the joint lead managers in this offering; the legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao and William Jia, and included Cynthia Yuan, Myron Hu, etc.
