Zhong Lun Advises Asia Aroma on Its ChiNext Listing
On June 22, 2022, Kunshan Asia Aroma Corp., Ltd. (“Asia Aroma", stock code: 301220) launched its initial public offering and got listed on the ChiNext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, issuing 20.2 million shares and raising a total of RMB 727 million.
Zhong Lun acted as PRC legal counsel for the issuer and provided comprehensive legal services throughout the whole process of the IPO and listing, including restructuring, listing counseling, filing and feedback, etc. The mandate was led by partner Liqiong Wang. Also on the team were signing attorneys Simon Xu (non-equity partner) and Harry Zhao.
Asia Aroma is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&D, production and sale of fragrance products.
