Zhong Lun Assists Baisheng in Winning Three Patent Infringement Retrial Cases before the Supreme People's Court
Zhong Lun represented Shaoxing Baisheng Cultural and Educational Products Co., Ltd. (“Baisheng") in three patent infringement retrial cases before the Supreme People’s Court (“SPC"), winning all three. Previously, the firm had secured a victory for Baisheng in the appellate proceedings of the cases, turning the table for the client after it had lost the first instance. In the rulings on these retrials filed by the opposing party, the SPC allowed the opposing party to withdraw its request for one of the retrials and rejected its request for the other two. As a result, the SPC upheld Zhong Lun’s opinions in both the appellate and the retrial proceedings and found that Baisheng did not infringe the asserted patents.
