Caidya, a leading global mid-sized CRO, recently announced the closing of a strategic growth investment of USD 165 million from funds managed by Rubicon Founders, a US-based healthcare investment firm focused on building and growing transformational companies.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal counsel to Rubicon Founders in this transaction. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by partner Anthony Zhao and non-equity partner Roy Zheng.
