Dongyue CHEN
Mr. Chen has over 20 years of experience advising international financial institutions in connection with their debt and equity investment in China across a broad range of industries. He has also represented major Chinese financial organizations in their outbound debt investment. His expertise is especially pronounced in structuring complex onshore/offshore projects combining equity and debt financing.
