• Represented an investment contract dispute case between a real estate development company and the government, won the case and save about RMB 100 million for the client. This case has become a typical case of Zhejiang provincial court to deal with the government investment dispute

• Represented a case involving the dispute of the responsibility of damaging the company’s interest of a real estate development company, and won the case in final trial decided by the Supreme Court. This case has a great social influence and has been included in the ten typical cases related to enterprise cases trial in Zhejiang in 2013

• Represented a case of dispute over construction land transfer contract between a real estate company of Taizhou and the Land Bureau and the Management Committee of the Government (the subject matter is about RMB2.2 billion). The two parties reached reconciliation at last. And we greatly protected the client’s legitimate interests

• Represented a private lending dispute case between Hangzhou Xingang Enterprise Management Partnership (limited partnership) and Fignian Group (China) Co., Ltd., etc. (the subject matter is about RMB1.65 billion), won the case

• Represented DuPont China Group Ltd. in a dispute against Zhejiang Haisheng Group Co. (the subject matter nearly RMB100 million) , won the case
