Bin CHOU

Bin CHOU has a solid foundation in legal studies, rigorous logical thinking and strong communication and coordination skills. As an experienced lawyer, he focuses on dispute resolution area, successfully undertaking many significant and complex litigation and arbitration cases regarding private equity investment, corporate equity, sales contracts, construction projects, and real estate development before various dispute resolution forums, including the Supreme People’s Court, several high people’s courts, and well-known domestic arbitration commissions. Particularly, Mr. Chou has intensive study in both theory and practice in real estate law, construction law, finance and invest law and contract law. During his career, Chou Bin has also accumulated considerable experience in handling cases relating to objections to enforcement proceedings and derivative litigations, bankruptcy, etc. In addition, he has served as a long-term legal consultant for multiple public institutions, state-owned enterprises, and large private enterprises, earning trust of clients through his dedicated attitude and high level of professional competence.
