Christy regularly handles project sales under Consent and Non-Consent Schemes which includes the drafting of Deed of Mutual Covenant, sale and purchase agreements, mortgage, assignment, tender, liaising with different Government departments for obtaining pre-sale consent and approvals during and after construction stage.
She also advises on compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance, commercial tenancies, acquisition of commercial and residential units, mortgage matters, etc.

  • Advise on conveyancing projects (the first-hand sale of consent and non-consent scheme residential and non-residential properties) including advising on application for pre-sale consent, drafting of project development documents: deeds of mutual covenant incorporating management agreement, sale and purchase agreements, mortgage, assignment, tender documents and other related documents 

  • Advise on acquisitions of properties for redevelopment purposes, perusing title deeds and approving title

  • Advise on project commercial tenancy matters, including advising major property developer landlords on drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements, licence agreements and other related documents

  • Advise on property related litigious matters concerning adverse possession and compulsory sale of a building under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance

  • Advise on commercial agreements relating to acquisition of property holding companies
