With four years' experience in management in universities, two years in postdoctoral research, nine years in patent examination, three years in patent consulting and patent mining services in the CNIPA system, and three years in intellectual property innovation consulting for firms, Ms. Fan is not only adept at leveraging patent big data for industry-specific intellectual property policy research, but also excellent in extracting valuable insights from scientific and technological innovation information concerning patent data to support the innovation-driven development efforts of universities, scientific research institutions, and scientific enterprises. She has led and executed a number of technology/product patent consulting and analysis projects in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, medicine, energy, etc. These projects encompassed various aspects including competitor patent portfolio analysis, patent portfolio development for innovative achievements, product patent infringement risk assessment, enterprise patent navigation, patent landscape etc. Ms. Fan has also assisted multiple scientific innovative companies throughout their financing process, including interviews with investors and due diligence procedures.
