Gavin ZHANG

Mr. Zhang has been practicing in the areas of M&A, theme park, media and entertainment, foreign investment and restructuring, project finance, litigation and arbitration. Highly experienced in legal matters across a variety of industries, Mr. Zhang is acclaimed for his excellent legal services, most notably creative solutions, for clients. He has successfully advised numerous multinationals and local clients on their transactions, including the Shanghai Disney Theme Park project, the Beijing Universal Theme Park project, the Shanghai Tesla project, Morgan Stanley M&A projects, Blackstone M&A projects, Pacific Alliance M&A projects, Portman Jian Ye Li project, Links Golf Project, etc.
