Litigation & Arbitration:
Represented Tibet Trust Corporation Limited in a stock pledge dispute with a listed company in Dongguan (CNY 1.4 billion in dispute)
Represented NEW CHINA TRUST CO., LTD in the litigation, enforcement and bankruptcy case arising from a trust project in Hunan (about CNY 650 million in dispute)
Represented the Department of Oceanic and Fisheries of Guangdong Province and the People's Government of Longgang District in the "Sea Palace" administrative litigation
Represented a large listed medical company in Shanghai in a series of disputes with Siemens and Philips
Represented a Hong Kong main board listed company in a portrait right dispute with international movie star Maggie Cheun
Represented Shenzhen Green Pine Fund and Lime Fund etc. in a series of cases about the exit of fund investment

Real Estate & Infrastructure:
Provided legal services for the People's Government of Futian District and Xiangmihu Sub-district in their "Comprehensive Renovation Project of the North and Central Area of Shenzhen Xiangmihu", which has been selected as a model for the handling and resolution of illegal construction left over as a result of history development in accordance with law into the "Selection of Innovative Cases for the 40th Anniversary of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone" (Since the establishment of Shenzhen, only 75 cases were admitted into the Selection, among which this is the only one which involved the demolition of historical illegal buildings), and won the "Best Real Estate Transaction Project Award" of Zhonglun Law Firm in 2022
Provided legal services for a state-owned holding company in Shenzhen in its acquisition of a batch of property assets (with a transaction amount of about CNY 16 billion)
Provided legal services for a listed company in Hong Kong for its cooperation and transaction with Vanke in a urban renewal project
Provided legal services for Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited in the construction, investment and financing of its Outer Ring Expressway and Shenzhen Shantou Second Expressway
