Hao JIANG

Mr. Hao Jiang is specialized in venture capital, private equity, tax and estate planning, and dispute resolution, with 20 years of practice experience. In the VC/PE area, he has assisted multiple well-known venture capital funds, private equity funds, and startups in hundreds of projects, accumulating abundant experience in VIE structure, ODI, and IPO strategies. In the tax and estate planning area, he has provided expert counsel to MNCs, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs on various tax projects concerning reorganizations, ESOPs, tax planning, wealth management, and tax audits, demonstrating superb professional skills. In dispute resolution, he has represented investment companies and founders in various disputes arising from repurchase, share transfer, and liquidation and helped solve complex controversies through arbitration and litigation.
