Yilin HUANG
Mr. Yilin Huang is a 15+ years corporate and M&A lawyer. Before joining Zhong Lun as a partner, he worked at the international law firms including Clifford Chance and Herbert Smith Freehills for a decade. He has been advising clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings, equity and cooperative joint ventures, and complex commercial arrangements. Mr. Huang specializes in market sectors including advanced manufacturing, TMT, healthcare, real estate and infrastructure. Until very recently, with the growing popularity of cybersecurity and data security in PRC, Mr. Huang has also shifted a portion of his practice to this newly developed sector.
Mr. Huang’s clients are primarily MNCs, USD funds and financial institutions such as CPPIB, Temasek, Warburg Pincus, Sequoia, Morgan Stanley, Keppel Capital, Gaw Capital, Boyu, CapitaLand, Mapletree, Albemarle, Arkema, Aptar, United Technologies Corporation, Prologis, Associated British Food.
