Jane P. Yao

Jane Yao has been representing Asia's top private equity funds, multinational corporations as well as listed companies to initiate the establishment of private equity funds, venture capital funds, LBO funds, infrastructural funds, real estate funds, hedge funds and umbrella funds etc. for many years. She has assisted in setting up for more than 250 offshore funds for her clients. She also has extensive experience in handling multi-jurisdiction cross-border M&A transactions, cross-border financing, leveraged buyouts, venture capital financing and securities compliance regulatory involving laws in the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman, Luxembourg, etc.
