Jane P. Yao

Ms. Yao has been representing Asia’s top private equity funds, multinational corporations as well as listed companies in the establishment of private equity funds, venture capital funds, LBO funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, umbrella funds, etc. for many years. She has assisted in setting up more than 250 offshore funds for her clients. She also has extensive experience in handling multi-jurisdictional cross-border M&A transactions, cross-border financing, leveraged buyouts, venture capital financing, and securities compliance and regulatory involving laws of the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman, Luxembourg, etc.
