Jay Si has extensive experience in assisting multinational companies in investing and trading in China. In addition to FDI and M&A, he focuses on helping foreign technology companies to land cutting-edge high-tech projects in China and assisting enterprises in traditional industries in digital transformation. He specializes in such industries and areas as data protection and cybersecurity, cloud computing, internet of vehicles and smart driving, internet of things, digital and internet healthcare, innovative retailing, new energies, fintech, telecom and its infrastructures, etc.
