Mingjun JIA

Mingjun Jia has more than 24 years of experience providing private clients with family legal services. The clients he has served include main shareholders of domestic and overseas listed companies, senior executives of large state-owned enterprises, owners of large private enterprises as well as other celebrities. A number of Top 100 HNWIs in China are also included. With solid legal knowledge and rich experience in litigation, he is able to provide his clients with comprehensive strategies to protect their rights and advice of risk prevention concerning the need of wealth management. The scope of services includes litigation and non-litigation services in family cases concerning marriage and inheritance, as well as plans and advice on wealth inheritance for private clients. Mingjun Jia is good at handling serious and complicated cases, especially those related to equity division and inheritance of listed companies at home and abroad.
