Mingjun JIA

Mingjun Jia has more than 24 years of experience in private client services. His clients include major shareholders of domestic and overseas listed companies, senior executives of large state-owned enterprises, owners of large private enterprises, as well as celebrities. Individuals ranked among China’s Top 100 HNWIs are also among his clientele. With solid legal scholarship and extensive hands-on experience in litigation, he delivers comprehensive strategies to protect the clients’ rights and anticipate potential risks arising from wealth management. His legal work spans litigation and non-litigation services in family cases concerning marriage and inheritance, as well as plans and advice on wealth inheritance for private clients. Mr. Jia is adept at handling major, complicated cases, especially those related to equity division and inheritance of listed companies at home and abroad. To date, he has represented shareholders of pre-IPO/listed companies in China in more than 70 cases of equity division in divorce proceedings.
