Ms. Huanji Jin has been dedicated to providing legal services in capital markets for over 10 years. Drawing on her outstanding expertise and rich experience in law, finance, accounting, investment, and management, combined with solid industry research capabilities, Ms. Jin focuses on the field of initial public offerings, while providing comprehensive and wide-ranging legal services covering other capital markets-related matters, including design of the equity structure of pre-IPO companies, equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, equity incentive and employee stock ownership plans, as well as refinancing of listed companies, material asset reorganizations, back-door listings, employee incentives, and bond issuance, fostering the growth and prosperity of enterprises by offering creative solutions.
