Kaichen XU
Kaichen ("KC") Xu is a partner with Zhong Lun Law Firm. KC has a unique combination of experience. Before joining Zhong Lun, he was previously a partner at DLA Piper and Bird & Bird, both are large international law firms. In addition to being law firm partner, he was a managing director and general counsel of a large private equity firm, responsible for its formation, fund raising and control investment project. He was also responsible for building and managing the legal department of its control portfolio company, supporting its fast growth through efficient legal and compliance system.
Since 2006, KC has worked on hundreds of VC/PE investments, representing both prominent investment funds and emerging companies. He is an expert in this field and highly praised by clients for being efficient and commercially minded.
