Ms. Tina LAN has rich experience on overseas legal business practice, such as IPO in the stock markets including US and Hong Kong, and she also specializes in cross border equity restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, FDI and ODI PE/VC investments, as well as the issuance of overseas debts and family trusts.
