Ms. Liao's practice areas cover providing services for the restructuring, reorganization and public offering and listing of PRC enterprises.
With over 20 years of practice experience in the securities industry, Mrs. Liao is familiar with areas such as corporate reorganization and restructuring, offshore and domestic IPO, M&A, PE, VC, FDI, capital market financing and project financing.
