Ms. Tia LI graduated from East China University of Pollitics & Law and got the LLM degree in the University of Hull, UK. She has 15 years of legal professional experience and is the partner of Zhong Lun’s Guangzhou office. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, she is a Consultant of King & Wood Mallesons.Tia regularly advises state-owned and private enterprises, PE on capital markets and corporate transactions. Her practice mainly focus on corporate reorganization, investment, IPO, ABS and M&A. Tia has provided legal services to large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and private enterprises for their listings on A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, US stocks, Singapore stocks (including H-shares, small red chips, VIE structures, or companies listed overseas involving domestic equity), as well as listings on the New Third Board. She has also led or actively participated in various projects including domestic and overseas investment and financing, issuance of corporate bonds, and asset securitization for many enterprises.She has extensive experience in these areas and her clients includes companies of TMT, new energy, real estate, securities, manufacture and retailing.
